Hybrid Functional Polysiloxane Technology

At the core of our advanced materials technology lies Hybrid Functional Polysiloxane—a novel material engineered by integrating both organic and inorganic functionalities into a polysiloxane backbone.

The process begins with a polysiloxane structure, known for its flexibility and thermal stability. Through molecular-level functionalization, we introduce organic groups (green triangles) and inorganic elements (red circles) to form a hybrid material.

This combination allows us to fine-tune performance properties while maintaining material integrity.

The resulting hybrid structure exhibits a unique combination of properties:

  • Hydrophobic: Repels water for enhanced durability and protection

  • Eco-friendly: Formulated with environmental safety in mind

  • Halogen-free: Meets strict environmental and safety standards

  • Organic–Inorganic Hybrid: Combines the best of both material worlds

  • Flame-retardancy: Provides superior fire resistance without harmful additives
